We take reviews seriously as they are vital to helping consumers and businesses see what others who have used a business really experienced.
- All reviews are verified. We make sure that every review that gets published on our platform is left by a genuine person. We ocassionally check for proof of purchase/service from consumers to make sure they really have used the business they are reviewing.
- We delete fake reviews. If we find reviews that are falsified, can’t be verified as real, or are bought we will remove these reviews and investigate the business they are left with – possibly removing and barring the individuals responsible from ever being present on the platform again.
In order to leave a review, consumers are requried to have an account on our platform to ensure we can contact them to verify their review(s).
